
Whenever something challenging is happening, just know that whatever you’re going through will make you stronger and better. If you could pick one habit you can share with others that can produce happiness, what would that be?Ī: Just a genuine belief that any struggle can make you better. Q: You’re a self-proclaimed happy person. But in the wake of that, it’s really good to be alive! When you write 101 songs, and the 101st song is the best one, you realize things won’t always be easy. What was the inspiration behind the song?Ī: For my second album, after the success of the first album, it was really challenging to build on that success. Q: Your song “Good to Be Alive (Hallelujah)” and its video are proving to be quite popular.

But you know, there’s no guarantee with all of this. I started as a street performer, and to be able to do these high-profile things. What’s life like for you these days?Ī: It’s pretty nutty. “Dancing With the Stars” tomorrow and Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday.
